Floating Single Pole, Double Throw (SPDT) actuator with 35 lb.-inch torque rating, non-spring return, 24-volt (AC), ±20%. ML6161 controls dampers in applications including variable air volume (VAV) terminal units and for mounting on ball valves. Use with SPDT or floating thermostats or building automation controls. Control for air damper applications with up to 10 square feet assuming 35 lb.-inch per square foot of damper area. Alternating current (AC)- synchronous submotor offers consistent timing and longevity. Magnetic coupling eliminates need for limit switches or mechanical stops. Includes manual declutch level and bag assembly with two set screws. Mounts on 3/8- or 1/2-inch square or damper shaft. Selectable 45-, 60- and 90-stroke for clockwise or counter clockwise direction.
